Custom orders

Product descriptions and prices shown on the website are subject to change. A project that differs materially from the selected product, quantity, size, material, print area, artwork condition, or requested schedule may require a revised quote. Production does not begin until required payment and customer approvals are received.

Customer-provided content

By submitting artwork, photographs, names, logos, trademarks, text, or other content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Bichon and Beam to reproduce the content for your order. You authorize Bichon and Beam and its production service providers to use that content solely as reasonably necessary to quote, design, proof, produce, fulfill, and support the order.

Proofs and approvals

When a proof is provided, you are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, dimensions, placement, colors, and other visible details before approval. Changes requested after approval may cause additional charges or delays.

Turnaround and deadlines

Requested event dates help Bichon and Beam plan work but do not create a guaranteed delivery date unless a deadline is specifically confirmed in writing.

Payment, taxes, and shipping

Payment is due as shown at checkout or on a written quote. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added. Orders may be held until payment clears.

Returns and cancellations

Custom products are subject to the Returns, Reprints & Cancellations policy published on this website.

Website use

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access to orders or files, submit malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Governing law

These terms and transactions with Bichon and Beam are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute requiring court proceedings shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Manatee County, Florida.
