Shipping & Pickup

Orders may be shipped within the United States or collected locally in Bradenton, Florida when local pickup is offered during checkout.

Processing time

Custom products are made to order. Production begins after payment, required artwork, and any required proof approval are received. Shipping or carrier transit time begins only after production is complete and the order has been handed to the carrier. Estimated completion and delivery dates are not guarantees unless Bichon and Beam confirms a deadline in writing.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown before payment. Oversized, unusually heavy, rush, or special-handling projects may require a revised shipping quote before production.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact Bichon and Beam promptly if an address must be changed. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it may be posted to the Order Status page. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside Bichon and Beam's control can affect delivery.

Lost or damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, contact Bichon and Beam promptly. Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials and provide photographs if requested so that we can evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim, replacement, or other resolution.

Local pickup

Do not travel to collect an order until you have received confirmation that it is ready. Pickup is at 339 6th Ave. West, Bradenton, FL 34205 unless another location is agreed in writing.
